STEM Impact Society is a youth-led nonprofit organization that helps students explore science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on experiences and real-world problem-solving. We connect young people with mentors, workshops, and community projects that build both technical and creative skills. Our mission is to empower youth to see themselves not just as learners, but as innovators and changemakers.
Unlike traditional programs that focus only on classroom learning, we blend STEM with creativity, leadership, and social impact. Participants tackle real community challenges, work with mentors from diverse industries, and learn how to apply their knowledge to meaningful causes. Our approach develops curiosity, confidence, and a sense of responsibility to make a difference — locally and globally.

Programs and Participation
Our programs are open to youth and young adults aged 12 to 25 who are curious about STEM, innovation, or problem-solving. Whether you’re a beginner or already exploring your field, we welcome all experience levels. Our activities are designed to help you grow at your own pace in a supportive environment.
We offer a variety of programs, including hands-on workshops, mentorship programs, innovation challenges, and community-based STEM projects. Participants might design prototypes, code solutions, or explore sustainability topics. Each activity connects STEM learning to real-world issues, helping students build confidence, teamwork, and creativity.
Most of our programs are free or low-cost, made possible through the support of sponsors and community partners. For some specialized events, there may be a small material fee. We aim to keep all opportunities accessible, so cost is never a barrier to participation.

We welcome partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and businesses that share our goal of empowering youth. Partners can host workshops, provide mentors, sponsor events, or co-develop educational resources. Together, we can create more accessible, inspiring, and practical STEM learning experiences for students.
You can apply through our website. We review applications based on your experience, interests, and ability to support youth development. All mentors and volunteers receive orientation and support to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive experience for everyone involved.
Experience & Impact
You’ll gain practical STEM experience, mentorship, and leadership skills that prepare you for future education or career paths. More importantly, you’ll learn how to think critically, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively with others. Many participants leave with not only stronger technical skills but also the confidence to lead and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
Most students discover us through schools, teachers, and local events, as well as through social media and community partnerships. We also collaborate with universities and companies to reach young people who are looking for mentorship, internships, or opportunities to explore STEM careers.
